Richard Jackson
Richard Jackson is the Toronto Regional Director for the Ministry of Children and Youth Services (MCYS) and the Ministry of Community and Social Services (MCSS). He started his career in the Ontario Public Service in 1982. Prior to joining MCYS and MCSS, Richard worked extensively in the postsecondary education sector, most recently as the Director of the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) and as the Superintendent of Private Career Colleges. Richard grew up in Rexdale and is a graduate of York University.
