Power In Numbers

Youth-led initiatives in Toronto’s east-end priority neighbourhoods have the ideas and drive to make a difference in their communities. However, they often lack the infrastructure to develop sustainable strategies to access resources, deliver services, advocate at various levels of government and build the capacity of their organizations.

The Power In Numbers (PIN) initiative will address these needs by creating a physical space in the community to act as a service and resource hub for emerging youth organizations. PIN will be a place where young leaders can go to receive training and support in various areas such as accounting, human resources, advocacy, networking, governance and board management.
