Tropicana Community Services and Creating Leaders in Chester Le (CLIC)

The initiative is a collaboration between Tropicana Community Services and C.L.I.C. to support local youth in completing a feasibility project that explores the possibility of opening a youth-led storefront space in the Chester Le community.

The initiative hired a youth coordinator and three youth animators who would receive training from Tropicana staff on facilitation, community engagement and components of feasibility studies.

They have partnered with community groups to facilitate several focus groups. The animators are using photography and film to document the process of completing the feasibility study.
